What are the possible sample intervals?
Any value between 1 and 60 minutes. The DynaLogger will collect data from the machine at each sample interval selected.
Which models of DynaLoggers are available?
Today, 3 models of DynaLogger are available:
DynaLogger HF + : Triaxial temperature and vibration monitoring with a maximum frequency of 13000 Hz, performing telemetry and spectral analysis
DynaLogger TcAs : Triaxial vibration and temperature monitoring with frequency up to 2500 Hz, performing telemetry and spectral analysis
DynaLogger TcAg : Triaxial vibration and temperature monitoring with a maximum frequency of 2500 Hz.

What are the models and forms of communication of the Gateways?
The Gateways are available in two versions:
- DynaGateway, with communication via network cable (RJ-45) and Wi-Fi.
- DynaGateway Duo, with communication via network cable (RJ-45), Wi-Fi and mobile data (2G/4G)
What are the dimensions of the DynaLoggers?
HF+: 39mm x 39mm x 35mm
TcAg/TcAs: 36,6 x 33,6 x 18,7 mm
What are the advantages to using a cloud based software system?
The Dynamox Web Platform is hosted on the cloud to enable access from any device (computer, cellphone, tablet) with internet access, allowing the user to access data from anywhere.
What are the access/permission levels for users?
To improve the management and organization of the system, the users can have different permission levels, i.e. distinct levels of access (edit, remove spots…)

My product is within warranty and is showing defects, how should I proceed?
Get in contact with us via e-mail (support@dynamox.net) or by telephone (+55 48 3024-5858). Have to hand the serial number of the DynaLogger (available on the product label).
Is the use of the Gateway mandatory?
The use of the Gateways in the implementation of the system is optional, since its functions can be done in a non-automated way via the app. Its use, however, allows the automation of data collection and sending to the DynaPredict Web Platform, removing the need for the operator to go into the field and making the data available for more frequent analysis.
Is the battery replaceable?
For robustness purposes, the case of the device is inviolable, so it is not possible to change the battery. However, the battery’s excellent service life guarantees its usability for a long period of time.
Is it possible to integrate the data with other platforms?
In general, yes. Dynamox has a very clear policy that the data belongs to the customer, who can request to download the data at any time. Direct integrations have also been carried out with distinct data history and maintenance software.
It’s all a matter of better understanding the customer’s needs and discussing the possible forms of integration.
