Our DynaLoggers serve all sizes of business. Some of our clients include: Vale, Klabin, Eucatex, Souza Cruz and Arauco.
The DynaPredict devices have 20MB of internal memory. In relation to the number of samples that the DynaLogger can store internally, there are 8,192 possible samples.
By default, when the app collects from the DynaLogger the internal memory of the device is erased, making it possible to store more data in the future.
The DynaLoggers are designed to withstand an industrial environment , having IP66 certification (in the process of IP68 certification) and resistance to falling from 4 metres in concrete.
The Bluetooth range of the Gateway is the same as the DynaLoggers, approximately 100 metres in an open field.
We recommend that the surface temperature of the measurement point stays between -10°C and 84°C.
Note: The use of DynaLoggers in temperatures exceeding those specified will invalidate the warranty of the product.
The DynaGateway is an automatic data collector, with the objective of interacting with the DynaLoggers within its Bluetooth range. It collects measurements and requests spectral analyses, according to the time intervals defined by the user. These data are sent directly to the DynaPredict Web Platform via an internet connection.
In an open field, the Bluetooth range of the DynaLoggers is approximately 60 metres.
DynaLogger is the name given to the data loggers produced by Dynamox. There are several models available for different types of machine and vibration behavior. To learn more about the models, click here.
In Brazil, the DynaGateway is ANATEL approved and in the certification process for INMETRO Explosive Atmospheres/IP Code.
Outside of Brazil, the DynaGateway has the following certifications: FCC (United States), CE RED (Europe), IC (Canada), RCM (Australia).
Certification for SDPPI (Indonesia) is currently in progress.
