Is the battery replaceable?
For robustness purposes, the case of the device is inviolable, so it is not possible to change the battery. However, the battery’s excellent service life guarantees its usability for a long period of time.
Is it possible to integrate the data with other platforms?
In general, yes. Dynamox has a very clear policy that the data belongs to the customer, who can request to download the data at any time. Direct integrations have also been carried out with distinct data history and maintenance software.
It’s all a matter of better understanding the customer’s needs and discussing the possible forms of integration.
Is it possible to export the collected data?
Yes. Generally the data are exported in .csv arquives. However, other formats can also be reviewed, according to the customer’s needs and technical feasibility.

Is it possible to access more than one device simultaneously with the same account?
Yes, the same account can access more than one device simultaneously.
Is it necessary to release the network to use the Gateways?
Yes, some ports and hostnames need to be released to guarantee a good operation of the DynaGateways. All of the information regarding this is available in the “Prerequisites” page.
Note: The 3G Gateway model is an exception, as its installation occurs in a completely open network.
Is it neccessary to connect to Wi-Fi?
The DynaLoggers are autonomous and offer the possibility to operate completely offline, storing the data collected from the machine in its internal memory according to the sample interval defined by the user. To configure and collect data from the DynaLogger, it is only necessary to have a Bluetooth connection on your smartphone.
An internet connection is only necessary to synchronize the app, i.e. send the collected data from the app to the cloud/Web Platform. This connection can be 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi. The same is true for the DynaGateway (automatic data collector).
Is Dynamox a Brazilian company?
Yes. The company is located in city of Florianópolis, in the Santa Catarina state.

In what type of equipment and components is the use of DynaPredict most recommended?
The DynaPredict solution is recommended for use in rotating equipment, preferably operating in constant rotation. Among the components of machines that are most commonly applied, we can highlight the following:

Is a network release required to use the app?
If you are using a blocked corperate network to send the collected data, yes.
